We believe that small groups play a vital part in the fulfilment of our vision as a church community, and we call our small groups ‘Growth Groups’. Their purpose is to help every member of Brickhill to serve the vision of the church - to be a strong, vibrant and growing community of God's people and fulfil the purposes of God in our generation.
We encourage everyone who owns our vision to be an active part of a small group, to serve and be served in a safe environment in which gifting can be developed, accountability accepted and encouragement offered. Our growth groups exist to see individuals grow in God as he builds his church and establishes his kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
