Brickhill Baptist Church Youth is for young people in school years 7 to 13. They are divided into two age groups: 11s-14s and 14s-19s.

11s-14s

Fridays 6.30-8pm in term time
Friday events for 11s-14s are full of fun activities and games. We start with a chill-out time where you can relax on giant beanbags, play 2-a-side footie, battle your mates on Nintendo Wii or choose from loads of other fun things to do. We then usually play some team games and challenges. Our Friday nights contain a 5 minute “Godspace” where we look at a small amount of teaching from the Bible.

At our Sunday services this group will often have activities of their own during the preach.

14s-19s

Fridays 8.15-9.45pm in term time
Our Fridays encompass a wide range of activities with plenty of time to chill with your mates. On these nights we usually include something low key to encourage people to think about their own beliefs in the midst of loads of options to fill your time. Young people then have the option to attend our “Just Looking” discussion where they can ask any questions they may have.

Thursday 7-8.30pm (except 2nd week in month when we attend the church prayer meeting)
We are committed to helping young people grow to know God more for themselves and discover the exciting plans He has for their lives, as well as having a great time together. On Thursdays we meet to worship and hear teaching from the Bible and then split into smaller growth groups where this can be discussed and applied and the young people can be supported and cared for.

Brigades

Boys' and Girls' Brigades are uniformed organizations for young people up to school year 13. The Brigades meet on Monday evenings for fun activities including games, craft and achievement badges. Their aim is for children to have fun, make friends, and grow in understanding of the Christian faith.
